About us

About us

Our Story

The Alivio Care Services were established with a very simple yet impactful mission statement of seeing to it that all individuals who live with a disability are able to receive the correct assistance to live independently, with confidence and with a sense of dignity. The initial idea of developing person-centred care has been developed into a reliable NDIS-registered assistance provider that aims to empower the participants and enhance their attachment to the community. In our opinion, disability support must be personal, respectful, and must be driven by real understanding as opposed to service provision.

Our values

Compassionate care with a personal touch

Respect & Dignity

We respect the rights, culture, choices and individuality of all the participants and ensure that no support would be provided without compassion and dignity.

Independence & Empowerment

We aim to assist the participants to gain confidence and acquire abilities that will enable them to lead a life of choice, where they will have a bit of control in their daily lives and future ambitions.

Alivio Disability care

We are committed to building a meaningful journey of care with compassion and energy.

Trust & Reliability

NDIS Registration

Alivio Care Services is a well-known NDIS provider registered fully, which provides a great variety of supports, as the standards of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission allow. To make sure that the NDIS plans of our participants and their families are put into good practice, our staff collaborates with them and their families to make sure that the services provided are flexible, safe, and oriented to the personal goals and funding categories.

We help anyone who is eligible for support through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) generally, this means people under 65 years and above 18 years of age with a significant and likely permanent disability that affects their daily functioning. We also support participants of all ages with independence, skill development and community participation.

NDIS provides choice and control for participants that you set your own goals, choose your own provider and get the support you need tailored to your individual needs. Traditional disability supports tend not to provide as much flexibility and often cannot be operationalised to your plan and goals.

For most NDIS registered supports, you don't have to pay anything out of pocket if your support is included in your NDIS plan price and budget range. We are transparent about what is funded so you can make informed choices.

Yes you can. We support you in matching you with support workers who meet your preferences, personality and cultural needs. We will work with you to foster a long term relationship of trust and understanding.

It ordinarily takes 6-8 weeks to process NDIS applications. The Alivio helps in the preparation of applications and can, on many occasions, offer some services as applications are being made.

It's easy and friendly: just reach out to our team, share your NDIS plan and objectives and we will help you with the registration process, care planning and support matching. We will help you ensure your services support your aims and integrate with your life.

We have extensive services such as daily living support, personal care, skill development programs, community participation, travel support and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Each service will be built around your goals and preferences.

Absolutely. We will support you throughout your plan set-up, reviews and ongoing coordination of support to ensure your supports are aligned with your changing needs, goals and life circumstances.
